An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Financial Regulation Paralegal to join the team at a top 20 law firm.

The Financial Regulation Team has an exceptional client base of banks, investment banks, fund managers, clearing houses, insurers and other FCA and PRA regulated firms. The Financial Regulation Paralegal can look forward to working closely with the Partners and Professional Support Lawyer to provide a range of support.

The Financial Regulation Paralegal will be responsible for providing in-depth legal research, drafting client briefings on cutting edge regulatory initiatives and assisting in preparing presentations, ensuring the precedent collection is up-to-date and drafting bulletins and newsflashes for the team. You will liaise with the firms different offices on global Financial Regulation matters and also assist with the team’s social media presence, particularly Twitter.

This is a rare opportunity to work in this niche and exciting field of law in a role more varied than the usual paralegal role.

The Financial Regulation Paralegal must have excellent academics, legal research and drafting skills and an interest in Financial Regulation. This is a permanent role, and would suit someone currently applying for training contracts starting in September 2017 who is seeking two years’ work in the interim. This role will really set your CV apart from the other candidates applying and assist in securing a training contract.
