A respected law firm who are one of the leading legal services in Greater Manchester are looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor on a permanent basis. Residential Conveyancing experience is also desirable.
The role is to start as soon as possible and is due to constant growth in the department. Applications will be accepted from qualified solicitors, legal executives and non-qualified fee earners - experience is most important.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years; dealing with all Private Client matters, including:
- Wills and Probate
- Court of Protection
- Lasting and eduring powers of Attorney
- Tax and Trusts
If the candidate has some experience of Residential Conveyancing this will be desirable for this position - as they are ideally looking for someone to deal mainly with Private Client matters, but to assist with Conveyancing matters when needed.
