My client has one of the best TMT practices in the country and is looking to recruit a Commercial Technology associate to join their well-established practice in the London office.
You will be responsible for:
- Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts
- Advising clients on regulatory and commercial issues in technology and e-commerce
- Providing data protection support on transactional work to corporate clients
- Having an active role in business development of the firm and adding to their impressive client base
Key skills and experience:
- 2-4 years PQE ideally, with relevant technology legal experience
- Good quality non-contentious commercial law experience
- Experience of working in a mid-size law firm or technology practice
- Good drafting skills
- Experience of working on IT/Technology projects will be advantageous
