CORPORATE LAWYER 1 - 2 PQE, INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM, LONDON

My client is an elite international law firm, looking to expand its outstanding Corporate department with hire of a junior Corporate lawyer.

This firm differs from many others of its calibre as it offers its associates a decent work life balance while maintaining high quality work. A capable mid-market practice, with a strengthening reputation in transportation and energy-related work, the corporate team are proficient at many high value cross-border deals.

Work will include:

• Public and private M&A
• Joint ventures
• Equity fundraisings

You will be working for a host of clients and be offered a breadth of work that provides you with an excellent platform on which to build a successful career as a Corporate lawyer. Great progression prospects and a competitive salary (£65,000 to £75,000 depending on experience) are also on the cards.

You must have an outstanding academic record in order to apply for this role. You will have gained between 1 and 2 years' PQE from a Magic Circle, Silver Circle or US law firm.
