An international law firm currently looking to expand its Construction and Engineering team with the hire of a Contentious Construction Associate. This team offers high quality work, of a similar calibre to that of the Magic Circle but within a friendly and supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting in construction and engineering disputes
- Acting on claims arising out of technology and outsourcing contracts
- Advising on the terms of construction contracts and professional appointments
- Pre-dispute and dispute management
- Mediation, adjunction, arbitration and litigation
Requirements
- 2-5yrs PQE in Construction from a market-leading law firm
- Qualified solicitor of England and Wales
- Excellent commercial acumen
- Outstanding academic credentials
