Court of Protection Fee Earner, Darlington - A full service law firm with a solid foundation in the North East seek a Court of Protection Chartered Legal Executive or non qualified fee earner to join their Darlington office. Our client is happy to consider fee earners who solely manage Court of Protection matters from start to completion or alternatively someone from a general Private Client background who manages some Court of Protection matters is looking to specialise in this field.

The firms Court of Protection department consists of nationally recognised fee earners and therefore uphold an excellent reputation for their work. Naturally they are looking for an enthusiastic Court of Protection fee earner to join the team.

The Role

-You will be required to manage a caseload of Court of Protection matters with full autonomy
-The team currently consists of an extremely well regarded Head of Department with an excellent reputation and a paralegal. This role will therefore sit in-between the Head of Department and Paralegal.
-The reason for this recruit is that the department is extremely successful and has an extremely strong caseload including lots of high net worth files and therefore another fee earner is required to complete all the work

The Candidate

-It is essential you have experience managing Court of Protection files and would be confident managing a caseload from day one
-Our client is looking for someone that really takes pride in their work and fully understands the nature of Court of Protection work and will therefore ensure that clients, their close family and friends feel comfortable, receive the highest levels of client care and have their assets managed with the upmost safety
-Working in this field it may go without saying however it must be stressed that our client is looking for a stand out candidate that will manage matters with empathy and clients will feel comfortable in the fee earners hands.
