CONVEYANCING

A new vacancy has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer based in our client's Merseyside office. Paralegals/Legal Executives/Solicitors will all be considered, the focus is on having a minimum of two years experience.

You will mainly be involved in conveyancing transactions from the initial instruction stage through to post completion, however there is a real and exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to develop this role further, to lead the team and forge new relationships with potential referrers and play a key role on helping the firm develop its new Merseyside office.

Your daily duties will involve running conveyancing transactions from start to finish, dealing with exchanges and completions and dealing with post completion matters. You will liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders and update clients in order to actively progress transactions. ​Existing, up-to-date experience in handling all areas of this work is essential.

You will become part of a highly reputable, well-established law firm who have an excellent reputation in the legal arena.
