It is this approach, which is allowing them to take more market share. The firm have got a head count of just over 50 Lawyers, with five being based in the Company Commercial / Corporate department. The Corporate and Commercial department deals with a broad and varied caseload, which makes the role very interesting. The client base spans SME to small corporates and covers many different vertical markets with a particular interest in retail and leisure sectors. The departments work includes; Shareholder agreements, Partnership agreements, Commercial contracts, Terms and conditions, M&A, IP and IT.
You will be a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with at least 6 months PQE (there is no upper limit here on the amount of experience as the firm may be looking to take on more than 1 new hire). You will have a broad background of dealing with the above. Your background may be from a regional, legal 500 and highly regarded boutique firms. You will be a personable candidate with excellent client skills. Salary is negotiable depending on your background, plus an excellent benefits package.
