Fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join a traditional law firm based in the city centre of Hull. Those who are looking for a chance to work on quality residential property matters who already have some existing sale and purchase experience are encouraged to apply.

Our client is CQS accredited and offer a modern skilled and local legal service throughout East Yorkshire. They provide quality specialist services without sacrificing quality, presentation and attention to detail.

The Role:

• The successful candidate will work alongside a Solicitor helping them to manage their residential conveyancing caseload

• This will include a full range of working such as sales, purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity

• The work is mainly local traditional work and you will be involved in keeping clients and estate agents up to date with any case development

The Candidate:

• You will already have some experience working in a conveyancing environment

• Ideally you will have sale and purchase experience and have a good understanding of the whole of the conveyancing process

• You will be used to working with case management systems

• You will have good client care and have a keen eye for detail, as well as being able to work efficiently in a busy pressurised environment
