Our Local Authority client based in the Home Counties is seeking an experienced Planning Lawyer to join them on a locum basis for an initial three month assignment.

As the successful Planning Lawyer within this forward thinking team, the successful candidate will deal with a full case load of Planning matters including, but not limited to the following:

  • S.106 Agreements
  • Regeneration Projects
  • Highways Matters
  • CPO Matters

Our client is a renowned County Council and as such, are keen to speak to candidates with strong experience within a similar public law setting, although candidates from alternative backgrounds with the relevant experience are encouraged to apply. The Authority’s offices are based within a short commute of London and offer a plethora of shops and local amenities nearby.
