Commercial Contract Attorney (fixed term contract), Germany
Our client, an international company in the life sciences industry, is seeking a commercial Contract Attorney for the DACH & Eastern Europe region. This is a fixed term contract at least until August 2017 (maternity leave cover). You will report to the Regional Senior Corporate Counsel, DACH & Eastern Europe and work mainly on negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
Profile sought:
You are a German qualified lawyer (or qualified in a German speaking country like Austria and Switzerland) with around 5-10 years experience including contract preparation and negotiation. Commercial experience in a multinational environment and working knowledge of standard business processes is required.
The preferred location for this position is Bremen, Germany. Other locations within Germany such as Berlin and Frankfurt can be discussed, as well as optional Vienna or Basel. The ideal candidate would be available to start immediately.
