Document Production Specialist - 3month Contract - West End

Are you an experienced Legal Document Production Specialist looking for your next step in your career? We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a DP Specialist to join our client; a leading Law Firm in a busy and thriving department! The successful candidate should have a genuine interest working within DP with previous experience in another Law firm being vital. This will be on a 3 month contractual basis and so the ideal candidate should be immediately available or available on short notice.

The successful candidate will have extensive billing experience, experience in a similar role within a London Law Firm, solid experience of document management systems and a good ability to manage their workload.

Duties will include:

• To "trouble-shoot" and health check documents as requested
• To provide 1st line support to the London Team on document amendments
• Working with and taking guidance from the Team on branding and template usage, to ensure adherence to brand and consistency of output
• Primarily using advanced PowerPoint as well as Excel and Word to produce documents according to the firm’s requirements. This could also include In Design, Photoshop, Visio or other software applications as appropriate.
• Heavily amending documents for the team to house style
