Agricultural Property Solicitor

This leading property department and agricultural team in Shropshire who are recognised as a leading regional department with a strong team of 10 with an outstanding client base are seeking to appoint a junior solicitor.

The main proportion of this role will be commercial property based with a focus towards landlord & tenant, acquisitions & disposals, business leases and lease renewals which will also include sale and purchase of agricultural properties. Whilst a significant proportion of work consists of leisure, retail and industrial sectors you will also be dealing with high amount of agricultural sector properties. Both commercial property and agricultural property solicitors will be considered for this role however with client contact a norm for this firm you must be prepared to meet with clients on a regular basis.

Ideally you will have gained 2 year' PQE and have exposure to Agricultural Property although those with pure Commercial Property experience will be considered for this post.
