A Local Authority in the Yorkshire area requires a Prosecution Locum to join their busy team for 2 months with the strong possibility of being extended beyond this initial period.
You will be a Qualified Solicitor who has experience dealing with prosecutions matters within Local Authority to include:
- Handling a general prosecution caseload dealing with all matters on behalf of the council
- Representing the Council, Prosecuting in the magistrates courts
