Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner, Hull

Recent expansion has created a requirement for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the Hull office of a multi service law firm. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team and work in a friendly and fast paced environment. This is a permanent full time position.

Day to day you will manage your own caseload of conveyancing matters - sales, purchase and re-mortgage. You will be dealing with estate agents and clients from instruction through to post completion, handling all elements in between.

You will be working for a modern and forward thinking firm of solicitors who have a fantastic reputation in the region.

It is anticipated that the successful candidate will have worked within residential conveyancing for a minimum of 2 years and have the ability to handle their own caseload. Self managing and highly motivated, you will be computer literate and have a thorough understanding of compliance in this area of law.
