The Opportunity:

  • Litigation Associate - Fraud
  • London
  • 2-4 PQE
You will be working for an international firm, recognised for their leading litigation practice. As part of this position you will have the opportunity to work closely with the partners across the litigation group, who lead the commercial dispute cases on areas including international arbitration,  fraud,  IP, regulatory, PFI/PPP and  general contract disputes. If you are someone who has either sanctions expertise, white collar crime and export controls experience, this may be the right opportunity for you.

Technical Profile:

  • Ability to manage complex cases and clients
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Ability to delegate and supervise other associates where necessary
  • Excellent academics
  • Sancations expertise, white collar crime and export controls experience preferable
  • Litigation experience
