Private Client Lawyer

Private Client Solicitor - A growing firm, well known within the Coventry area, is looking to recruit a highly experienced private client solicitor to join them on a temporary basis. This is a broad ranging role so would suit candidates with at least 6 years PQE who can take on a variety of private client work. The firm is able to offer flexibility, and can consider candidates on either a full time or part time basis, so this is an excellent opportunity work with a well respected firm; the role is looking to pay £30 - £35 per hour.

The Role

• Wide ranging private client role, which includes Court of Protection applications, Lasting and Enduring Powers of Attorney, Tax and Trust matters, Estate administration and Wills and Probate matters.
• High value Trust matters.
• Temporary role.

The Candidate

• Strong background in a wide range of private client matters, including Tax and Trust matters, Court of Protection, Elderly Client Advice, and Estate administration.
• STEP qualified preferred.
• Member of Solicitors for the Elderly desirable.
