A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join an award winning firm based in Lincoln. The Role
- From day one you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of all commercial property matters including commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters and property development acquisitions.
- You will be dealing with aspects such as negotiating the terms of those transactions and drafting the contracts containing them.
- No matter what level you join at, you will receive outstanding client contact.
- You will be encouraged to get involved with team pitches and client focused marketing initiatives.
The Candidate
- You should be a very bright and confident individual keen to develop yourself and your career.
- You will need to be a tenacious and energetic individual who is committed to delivering a first class service to clients at all times.
- You must have solid commercial property experience and excellent commercial acumen. Solid client care skills and team working skills are essential, together with excellent communication and drafting skills.
- You should have good attention too detail and be well organised.
- Our client is ideally looking for someone who is at least 1 year PQE, however this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this level but who have the relevant knowledge/experience, together with the enthusiasm for this particular role.
