Our client, a global commodities broker based in Central London, is looking to take on a Commercial Paralegal on a permanent basis.
Your main responsibilities will include reviewing, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements, updating the groups policies and procedures, assisting with IP issues, and handling all ad hoc legal matters.
A successful candidate will have strong academics (minimum of a 2:1 in their undergraduate degree and a Commendation in the LPC) and will be a good team player.
