A legal 500 Firm with offices throughout the UK require a Residential Property Solicitor, ILEX or Legal Executive to join them for a period of up to 4 months from September.
The successful candidate will be based in their Essex office and will be covering a period of extended leave.
The firm is highly regarded for the exceptional level of service they provide to their clients and they frequently receive work through referrals.
The successful applicant will take over a high value caseload including:
- Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties
- Flats and Houses
- Mortgages and Re-Mortgages
- Equity Transfers
- Some shared ownership matters
