Our client, a magic circle law firm, are looking for a Junior Legal Secretary/ Legal PA to join the firm in their Disputes department on a temp to perm basis. This is a truly fantastic opportunity for a hardworking, eager and hungry to learn candidate who is looking to make that next step.

Duties will include:

• Diary management

• Arranging meetings

• Digital Dictation

• General administrative tasks

• Liaising with clients

The successful candidate should:

• Have some experience within either a law firm or professional services

• Have the ILEX Secretarial qualification

• Be immediately available

• Be adaptable

• Be able to pick up new things quickly
