We have just had an exciting opportunity arise with one of our clients, a 200 strong global law firm based near Holborn that have a known reputation of providing their employees with an accommodating work life balance and a friendly, inclusive culture. This Marketing Executive position will offer an ambitious candidate the opportunity to build their career in legal marketing in a high paced and engaging environment.

This award winning US law firm are looking for a Marketing Executive to assist on a broad range of marketing and business development activities including (but not limited to):

• Support the wider marketing team in the pitch/ RFP process and help to track wins/ loss records
• Provide on-going research assistance to practice groups in preparation for client meetings
• Assist with the editing and layout of firm and practice group marketing materials
• Help plan, prepare and run client facing events (concept development, venue contact/ management and logistical planning)
• Assist with new website content, client memoranda, newsletters, brochures and other external communication pieces
• Assist in moving forward client targeting plans and profile raising
• Work with the PR team to ensure business development material is replicated on the firm's social media
• Attend internal meetings and work with partners and associates across multiple practice groups and in two European offices (London and Brussels)
