Document Production Operator

Our client, an international law firm based by Liverpool Street, are looking for a Document Production Operator to join their reputable Document Production Team. The Document Production department are incredibly busy and support all practice areas and are very focused on all employees having a ‘team player’ mind set in order to work together swiftly and smoothly to allow them to meet demanding and often conflicting deadlines.

This role will be working the afternoon/ evening shift with the hours being 12pm to 8pm. This is a temp to perm opportunity and the ideal candidate should be able to start at short notice.

Duties will include:

• Producing all work to firms guidelines ensuring that content is to house style and is proofread
• Reformatting documents
• Producing and amending complex documents
• Coordinating administrative tasks as required (such as meeting arrangements or taxi bookings)
• Providing administrative assistance such as printing, scanning and filing

The successful candidate will:

• Have at least 2 years’ experience in a document production or word processing department within a law firm or professional services
• Have advanced IT knowledge and skills
• Able to withstand pressure and work to tight deadlines
• Be a real team player
• Be a proactive problem solver
• Be confident in their ability to communicate at all levels
