We have a great opportunity for a Client Development Manager to join a leading law firm based in City of London. The role will involve overseeing the client pipeline in London and will focus on driving client engagement across the business.  

Key Responsibilities will include: 
•    Work alongside Client Relationship Partners and teams to strengthen relationships with designated key and growth clients
•    Develop a strong understanding of all business lines to be able to advise partners in cross selling to grow revenue
•    Client facing. Regular dialogue with clients, including undertaking feedback meetings with key clients, ensuring that feedback is implemented and acted upon by the account team
•    Coach junior lawyers on key account management best practice
•    Compile development plans to grow existing client relationships
•    Monitor, understand and report client revenues and progress on designated key accounts
•    Produce collateral for key clients
•    Support bids and tenders for designated key clients, working with the Bids team 
•    Support other client development initiatives and activities as required
•    Use the firm’s CRM tool to support the growth of key accounts

Requirements include:
•    Previous client development/account management experience in professional services is key 
•    Must be able to demonstrate examples of providing strategic insights and revenue generation
•    Account Management of client accounts across multiple jurisdictions
•    Knowledge and application of sales principles and  client relationship management
•    Gravitas and excellent influencing skills
•    Building relationships at all levels; internally and externally
