In House – Derivatives Lawyer 4+ PQE - Leading Global Bank - Ireland

A leading Global Bank seeks a 4 + PQE transactional derivatives or treasury lawyer to join their expanding legal team based in Ireland.

You will join a highly dynamic, best in class team and will have the opportunity to work extremely closely with key business stakeholders and front office teams.  The role will involve ISDA, CSA  and GMRA negotiation, as well as  the preparation, review and negotiation of trade finance and derivatives related documentation. Furthermore, you will also mange and assist with the implementation of new regulations impacting the investment banking sector such as EMIR, Dodd Frank / Volker, and MIFID II.    

To be successful in this role you will have strong organisation and project management skills and a commercial outlook. You must be able to work autonomously, as well as part of a team. 

The bank will consider lawyers with a minimum of 4 years direct treasury related products / derivatives experience with (ideally) a strong grasp of the regulations which affect the derivatives and investment banking sector. You will have ideally trained with a leading law firm, investment bank or investment manager.There will be a competitive package on offer.
