Expanding Immigration team seeking an Immigration Solicitor with 4 to 7 years’ post-qualification experience.
Job will involve advising multinational and national businesses on the full range of business immigration matters. You will also be advising individuals on the full range of personal immigration matters, including areas such as family and dependent based applications, European free movement based applications, immigration appeals, discretionary applications and human rights based applications.
Experience
You must have a proven track record of advising from instructions to completion on both business and personal immigration law related matters including being comfortable and motivated to advise both organisations and individuals.
You will also have the:
- ability to develop and maintain good client relationships
- excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- track record of involvement in and enthusiasm for profile raising and business development related activities
- good contacts and/or a following are desirable but not essential
- enthusiasm, drive, friendliness and an entrepreneurial outlook are very important, as is a strong academic background.
Qualifications
You will be from a rated immigration team and have excellent academics, including at least a 2:1 degree or equivalent.
