A well-established, respected firm based in the vibrant of city of Newcastle, is enjoying recent success and looking to expand their dedicated property department by recruiting a Residential Conveyancer on a full time permanent basis. The firm have become renowned in the local area for providing a high quality legal service to individuals and businesses across the North East. The role would suit a Residential Conveyancer who is technically sound, resilient and willing to go the extra mile for their clients.

This opportunity will allow the Residential Conveyancer to make a positive impact to the team by managing a team of fee earners whilst running a non-referral based caseload which consists mainly repeat business high net worth matters. Due to the nature of this role the Residential Conveyancer will play an integral role in developing the department further. Applications for this Residential Conveyancer role will be considered from qualified solicitors or equivalent with at least 2 years' PQE. Ideally the Residential Conveyancer will have had experience with dealing with agricultural matters and is able to hit the ground running in this permanent position.
