Major financial institution has a new role for a senior capital markets lawyer to join on a contract basis. Exciting range of work available including Debt and Equity Capital Markets transactions, hybrids, US securities issues and related matters. You will work in a collegiate, high quality in-house team.
The successful candidate will have at least 7 years pae in Capital Markets including Debt/Equity and preferably US securities. You will be capable of working autonomously or in a team as well as interacting with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
