Temporis Legal Recruitment is a niche Legal Recruitment Consultancy that specialise in placing legal professionals into private practice throughout England and Wales. We focus solely on legal recruitment on a locum and permanent basis and are well placed to provide both our candidates and clients with a bespoke, personalised recruitment service.

We have recently recruited a Resourcer into our rapidly growing locum division, and due to further expansion, we now require a further new Resourcer to join our permanent team.  This role is a fantastic introduction into recruitment, and we offer genuine career progression with one to one on the job training, nurturing you to reach your maximum potential and subsequently make the step up to consultant level.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for applicants who are looking to join a dynamic recruiter in the heart of West Yorkshire.

This role includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:

  • Sourcing and Selecting Candidates
  • Searching CV databases for Candidates
  • Advertising and Refreshing Jobs for Consultants
  • Sourcing Job Leads
  • Job based Administration: filing job specifications and CV’s
  • Taking References
  • Dealing with Candidate Documents
  • Assisting Consultants as and when needed

As a resourcer, it will be your job to support the recruitment consultants on a daily basis, liaising exclusively with legal professionals assisting them with their career move. In return, you will benefit from a supportive, friendly team environment where hard work is rewarded.

This role is a full time, permanent position to commence in October/November 2016. The working hours for this role are 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday, with one hour for lunch every day. We are based in stunning offices in a converted mill in Lindley, conveniently situated near bus and rail links, with the M62 a stone’s throw away.
