Structured Products - Finance (Commercial Role - Deals Team)

One of the fastest growing, leading UK Insurance businesses is currently seeking to add to their Asset Origination Team. Following significant increase in their assets under management and future business plan, as a product of a number of key acquisitions in the sector. They are a highly ambitious business home to some of the top talent in the Financial Services. They see themselves as a Technology business due to their creativity and entrepreneurialism, in their approach to their field.

To be a core part of the Asset Origination team, they are looking for a Structured Finance Lawyer to join them from a leading practice and become a crucial legal resource for the current team. Not only would this role be legal support, but also there would be a key focus for the individual to have commercial input as the team seek out and acquire further assets.

Having made a number of high profile M&A deals recently the role would certainly prove an interesting challenge for a talented solicitor looking to make a progressive in-house move as they are set to push on and increase their assets under management to move them ahead of their competition.
