Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Residential Conveyancer

The Client

Our Client is a well established high street practice with two offices in Lancashire. They are a full service law firm and offer straight forward, independent legal advice. They work hard to develop a lasting relationship with their clients.

The firm are expanding their Residential Conveyancing department and now plan to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer.

The Role

The firm are currently looking for an experienced Conveyancer to lead a small team in one of their offices in East Lancashire.

You will have strong technical skills in all areas of conveyancing and you will have excellent management and supervision skills.

You will be responsible for overseeing the department ensuring it is running smoothly whilst handling the more technical matters. This is a great opportunity to put your stamp on an expanding department.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced Residential Conveyancer with at least 2 years experience of handling a varied caseload.

You will be highly motivated and have a positive can do attitude with a proven track record of completions.

The salary on offer is circa £26,000 plus an on target bonus. The firm also offer additional benefits such as a cash back health care scheme.
