The Firm
My client is recognised as a leading international law firm by the Legal 500 and Chambers. Due to expansion they are now seeking additional associates to join their highly regarded corporate group. They currently possess an impressive list of clients from various sectors spanning across over 90 countries and 6 continents. Sectors include but are not limited to; health care; financial & investment services; diversified manufacturing; trusts, estates & individuals; real estate; consumer products; telecommunications, media and publishing’s; professional services; energy and utilities; technology; food, beverage & agribusiness; life sciences, pharmaceuticals & medical devices.

The Team
The corporate department is consistently recognised by major legal publications, currently ranked in ‘M&A middle markets’ in the Legal 500. The successful candidates can expect exposure to high quality work while having direct support from the firms corporate partners. The team has a broad range of experience covering all areas of the corporate spectrum.
 
The Role
The firms associates have a wide area of expertise in all forms of domestic and international M&A. The successful candidate can expect to advise on negotiated and unsolicited acquisitions in a wide variety of contexts.

Clients include serial buyers and sellers of companies, publicly listed companies, multinational corporations, privately held and family-owned businesses, private equity, family offices, investment banks and institutional investors.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will be between 2-5 PQE, although candidates above or below the stated PQE will be considered if they can demonstrably add value to the practice. Candidates must have experience in M&A; a broader corporate background is desirable however not required. Training form a top tier firm is desirable accompanied by excellent academics.
