Residential Conveyancer – £20,000-£25,000 – Mansfield
An excellent opportunity has arisen in Mansfield for an experienced residential conveyancer to join a growing regional law firm in a fee earning role.
The existing team deals with sales and purchases from instruction to completion including; leasehold, freehold, unregistered land, title checking, preparation of completion statements, and contract exchange.
Successful candidates will have previously dealt with similar matters and would be comfortable taking responsibility of client files from instruction through to completion. This role provides a realistic chance for progression to team lead as the firm have put in place strategic growth plans for the next three years.
