In House Counsel (Construction) - Doha, Qatar

Doha is quickly becoming one of the most visited cities in the Middle East with a meteoric rise in population and subsequent economic growth over the past decade. As a result, this has put unprecedented levels of demand on Qatar’s travel and transport sector and hence, created attractive opportunities for Qatar to invest in various new development projects in the region. 

With this in mind, we have partnered with one of Qatar's leading Construction and Infrastructure organisations to assist with the recruitment of a Senior Lawyer to join their team on a permanent basis. 

Our client is actively looking for senior lawyers with a minimum of 7 years post qualification experience in the construction and infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of knowledge in the field of both contentious and non contentious construction law including but not limited to projects, FIDIC contracts, dispute resolutions proceedings and general company commercial law. 

In order to be considered for this opportunity it is essential you are a qualified lawyer, have experience working in both a law firm and in house environment and desire a long term career in construction law. Prior experience working with the Middle East market would be an advantage but by no means essential.
