Our client, a thriving, expanding and highly reputable Law firm based in the Merseyside area. They are looking to add a Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer / experienced Fee Earner to their growing team.
As the chosen Residential Conveyancing Solicitor you will be responsible for running your own caseload of Residential Property files which will include:
• Sales
• Purchases
• Freehold/leasehold
• Transfers of equity
• Re mortgages
The chosen Residential Conveyancing Solicitor must be self-motivated and be able to hit the ground running.
