Legal Counsel (4-6 yrs PQE) Singapore - REF: 13710/TTL

Our client, a world-leading player in their industry, is seeking a seasoned corporate lawyer to join its Singapore office, covering Asia Pacific and the Middle East. You will primarily be responsible for supporting all corporate matters and M&A/JV projects in the regions. You will also be required to provide corporate governance and risk management. You must have solid experience in M&A, JV, corporate governance and risk management at MNCs. Candidates with a law degree from a prestigious law school and previous regional experience are highly desirable. Excellent communication skills plus excellent English are paramount as you will be required to independently interface with counterparts across Asia Pacific and Middle East. REF: 13710/TTL
