Due to growth, they are now looking to hire an ambitious and technically astute senior corporate tax solicitor into their London team. This individual will work on high value and cutting edge deals, both in the UK and internationally. The workload has a strong real estate component, but there is also scope for general corporate tax and general tax work.

Candidates should be qualified as a solicitor in the UK and have good academics. You will ideally have at least five years of post qualification experience in a leading Tax practice. You should be technically astute and be able to deal with certain matters autonomously. Experience with real estate deals is recommendable but not essential.
