Legal Counsel Austria & CEE - Austria, Life Sciences industry
Our client, an international company in the life sciences industry, is seeking a Legal Counsel Austria & CEE to be based in Vienna, Austria. You will be responsible for providing legal and compliance support to all functions within the company for this region and focus on, among others, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, pharma law, IP law, promotional codes and litigation.
You will report to the Head of Legal and Compliance, Austria and CEE.
Profile sought:
You are a European qualified lawyer with around 5 years of experience, gained in private practice and/or in-house. A background in the life sciences industry is strongly preferred; experience in another highly regulated industry can be considered.
You are an independent and strong decision maker, who has an entrepreneurial mindset and is not afraid to work in a challenging, fast-moving environment.
Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory and you must be willing to travel within the region periodically.
