Corporate Associate, 1-2 PQE
Our client, an international law firm headquartered in London, is looking to hire an associate to join its London-based Corporate team.
The role will involve the full range of corporate M&A, investment and advisory work in relation to both public and private companies. From drafting and negotiating share and asset purchase agreements, articles of association and related transaction documents to working on multi-national corporate transactions and providing on-going advice, you will have hands on responsibility and get fully immersed in matters from day one.
The successful candidate will have an excellent academic record and a background in a well-regarded corporate practice. Strong technical ability and drafting skills, with the ability to take responsibility and handle client contact from the outset, are essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious associate to progress their career and play a key role in transactions. The firm operates a flexible working policy and all lawyers have mobile phones and remote access to their work.
