Legal Advisor (Commercial/DP - FS Business) 1/2PQ

An International Insurance business, based in London, are currently looking for a Legal Advisor. This role is ideal for a junior solicitor to join a fantastic company offering a role with real scope to have an impact on the business and great career progression.

The business itself is a major player the sector, with an international presence in countries around the world and a global book of top tier clients, the company is going from strength to strength. The legal team is now looking to expand following a healthy year of growth. The role sits within a newly re-organised team and involves partnering with all levels and areas of the business, with significant exposure to senior individuals and commercial teams.

For this exclusive position, my client is seeking a lawyer, preferably trained in private practice, who is now looking for their next move to continue a progressive career trajectory. They are open to a move from a current In-House position or a first move out from private practice.

The successful candidate will have:
*UK Qualification 1-2 PQ*
*Experience with a broad range of general commercial contracts
*Strong client focus mindset
*Able to partner with all areas of a business and be flexible in working

Major responsibilities include:
*Negotiate and draft commercial contracts including licensing, consulting, conferencing, outsources, procurement and marketing
*Reviewing and revising standard agreements
*Execute on special projects as required within the team

This role will involve working across all levels of the business including clients and executive / senior members allowing you to play on well-developed interpersonal skills.
