In house solicitor sought by London City office of leading international insurer.
This role is for a solicitor with around one or two years of post qualification experience of commercial contracts, information technology and data protection work.
The successful candidate will currently be working in house undertaking a similar role, or will be working in a commercial/IT role with a leading commercial practice, and seeking to make the transition in-house.
The role will involve drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts and outsourcing contracts. You will deal with data protection registration, access requests and navigating the intricacies of the Data Protection Act.
You will liaise with and manage external Counsel.
