An opportunity for a Corporate Associate to join one of the largest and most successful law firms in the world at their Doha office has presented itself. This role comes with an outstanding salary and benefit package.

My client is a top tier law firm who have over 100 offices across the globe and a firm of this magnitude is always on the lookout for the best quality of lawyers. As a Corporate Associate you will be joining the highly rated corporate department which cover a full spectrum of corporate transactions.

The ideal candidate will be currently employed as a Corporate Associates with 3+ years PQE. Those who have accumulated Middle East experience and are employed by a top-tier law firm will be viewed particularly favourably. Candidates who speak Arabic and English fluently will also have an advantage. You will have experience in handling a broad range of corporate matters such as dealing general corporate matters including but not limited to corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, SPA's, private equity, joint ventures and general contract drafting and negotiating.
