Our client is a multi brand retail organisation based in the North West is looking to recruit an In House Interim Counsel
Description
We are interested in speaking to candidates who can undertake all or some of the following ;
data protection; sale of goods, retail and consumer protection; distance selling and electronic trading; commercial contracts and procurement (including IT contracts; marketing, sponsorship and consultancy contracts, affinity and joint venture arrangements and outsourcing); consumer county court litigation; Intellectual Property, including brand protection, trademarks, domain names and design rights (contentious and non-contentious); corporate transactions; consumer credit and financial services regulation
In essence a solicitor who can undertake , broad commercial contracts, especially IT software and services, professional services, consultancy, marketing. Someone who is pragmatic, commercial, able to work at pace and under pressure and who has good business acumen.
Profile
Someone who is pragmatic, commercial, able to work at pace and under pressure and who has good business acumen. Preferably a solicitor who has in house experience.
Job Offer
The pay will be commensurate with level of PQE and experience for the In House Interim Counsel role.
