Our client is looking to recruit an In House Property Solicitor on a permanent basis to join their legal team.

Description
The Property work will be varied and could include the following
- Food Development Acquisitions (Agreement for Leases (conditional on planning/development/Premises Licences etc), Leases, Licences for Alterations, Warranties etc)
- Funeral Leasehold Acquisitions (Agreements for Lease & Lease)
- Sales (Contracts/Transfers/Deeds of Covenant etc)
- Assignments/Underletting
- Licences to Underlet/Alterations
- Freehold Acquisitions
Profile
The In House Property Solicitor needs to have several years Property experience gained either from working in house or private practice. They needs to be able to work autonomously and also as part of a legal team. The role will be based in Manchester.
