Residential Conveyancer

Our Client is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team in their Oxfordshire office.

As the Residential Conveyancer, you will provide advice on aspects of Residential Conveyancing from purchase, through to sale and on remortgages.

You will be dealing with the day to day running of the file from instructions through to closing – communicating with clients and estate agents, developing your work through efficient business development, and working in close contact with others in the Residential Conveyancing team. Whilst you will be working on case management, the role is varied enough to be able to offer significant individual property work.

You will be expected to produce high quality work and be capable of handling the full Residential Conveyancing. Business development experience is required, as well as experience in building working relationships with various stakeholders. You will possess a strong desire to be part of and contribute to a growing firm and Residential Conveyancing team, where excellent communication and team working skills are essential.
