This superb US law firm is currently looking for a funds lawyer at the 3+ PQE level to join their leading investment funds team in London.

The team is headed by a powerhouse Partner with an extensive client base in a range of regions. It has been making waves in the market both by the notable mandates it is consistently being involved in, including big-ticket transactions as well as the acquisition of high profile partners.

The successful candidate will have experience in establishing investment funds and working for a top law firm. Such a candidate will have excellent academics, be commercially minded and comfortable in negotiations as well as be keen to play an active role in multi-jurisdictional environments.
