An amazing opportunity has presented itself for a Senior Corporate Lawyer to join a leading international law firm in their Riyadh office. This role comes with an outstanding salary and benefit package.

A leading law firm with significant presence across the Middle East are currently looking to grow their team with the appointment of a Senior Corporate Associate to join its well established Riyadh office. The firm acts on behalf of major local and international pharmaceuticals, financial services, energy, telecoms and manufacturing and are internationally recognised for the quality of their lawyers.

We ideally need to have applications from Senior Corporate Associates who have 6+ years PQE. It is a key point that you are currently working for a Top Tier firm and those Lawyers who have accumulated Middle East experience will be viewed particularly favourably. Candidates must speak Arabic and English fluently to be considered, you will have experience in handling a broad range of corporate matters such as dealing general corporate matters including but not limited to mergers & acquisitions, SPA's, private equity, joint ventures and general contract drafting and negotiating. In order to be considered for this role, you must be a Saudi national.
