This multinational industrial engineering company is seeking a Chinese Business law specialist to join its Shanghai office covering its operations in China. You will be responsible for handling all legal issues including contract negotiation and drafting, litigation and insurance policy in China. You ideally have a law degree specialized in Chinese Business law with at least 5-7 years’ relevant PQE as a legal counsel and/or attorney. Candidates with a background in engineering, heavy industry or capital equipment are preferred. Hands-on experience of supporting commercial negotiations of contracts is highly desirable. Excellent command of English and Mandarin is mandatory; fluent French is preferred. REF: 13711/TTL
