Construction Litigation Associate, 2+ PQE
Our client, a leading international firm, is looking to hire a construction litigation associate to join their London-based practice.
The role will involve advising on a wide variety of construction disputes in formal litigation proceedings, mediation and ADR proceedings. You will advise on issues including delay, disruption, variations, defects, termination and accidental loss arising in major projects including city developments, hospitals, airports and nuclear facilities.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with contractor firms in the construction sector, ideally focused on large-scale or international engineering work, in a reputable construction practice. They will have excellent an excellent technical and analytical ability and be proactive and commercial in their approach to their work.
