My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Legal Assistant with a minimum of 2 years Conveyancing experience to join their well established and respected Conveyancing team based in Manchester City Centre.  The successful candidate will be working within a friendly team environment providing support to the senior members of the team. 

Conveyancing Duties include: 

  • Dealing effectively with clients and third parties over the telephone, in written correspondence and occasionally face to face, in order to provide advice and assistance
  • Responsible for communicating with clients and third parties on all elements of the conveyancing transaction
  • Keeping the case management system and any third party web sites up to date in real time
  • Ensuring our clients and introducers of business receive the best possible service at times
  • Preparing required documentation as required with the conveyancing process
  • Preparing the completion packs for the accounts department, to include completion statements and invoices
  • Dealing with post exchange matters as directed by your team manager
  • Responsible for completions on the day of completion
  • Comply with all company Policies and procedure
  • Any other administrative duties required to assist your team and other teams should the need arise
